Who We Are
biography
Kian, a Malaysian with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, speaks multiple languages fluently, including Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, thanks to his Chinese background.
His career began as a Corporate Banker in HSBC extending credits to multi-national companies for 4 years. Then, Kian became a real estate agent in Kuala Lumpur specializing in resell properties for another 4 years gaining him the recognition as senior agent and team leader.
In 2017 when Phuket’s properties had rising interest from Chinese investors, Kian discovered the opportunity to work with a renowned developer in Patong as Sales Manager for 3 years earning him significant exposure in Thailand’s real estate market.
He founded K.Capital Realty to continue sharing his passion, professional expertise and values to fellow foreign investors aspiring to own properties in Phuket, Thailand.
